This tippy black tea is made in very small quantities by hand. Less than 1% of the total production of tea estate We are lucky to have some. The tea is hand made tea. Cloths are used to extract the special white tips that are a feature of this tea. As tea lovers we need to give continued support these special tea makers or else they will disappear forever.

An indonesian highland black orthodox tea of superior quality. The estate was planted by the Dutch in 1886 on volcanic soil. The volcanic nutrients in the soil give the tea a beautiful flavour and a bright, brisk liquor. A joy to drink!
