The tea was harvested in spring in Yangjiaping Village, Xihu, Fuliang county, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi. It is harvested from a traditional wild bush in a forest on high mountains 900 meters above sea level and is produced by hand plucking, followed by withering, de-enzyme, rolling and heating.
