This tea is called Que She (sparrow tongue) tea, because the shape of the dry leaf is similar to a sparrow tongue. It is a beautifully made tea and for the production only small fewest two leaves and a bud are used. Plucking is done by hand. This tea contains a lot of Vitamin C and can also said to reduce cholesterol.A light liquor with hints of sweetness. The flavour remains in the mouth for a long while.
